Maison Solane: Your Cozy Retreat

Perfect for family reunions or gatherings with friends, the estate brings together three independent houses on a 7,000 m² property. You will have six bedrooms with double, queen, or king-size beds, three bathrooms with toilets (one in each house), and three living areas with fully equipped kitchens. Wood stoves, Wi-Fi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, ovens, microwaves, and coffee makers are at your disposal. Bed linen, bath towels, and pool towels are included. Some bedrooms are accessible by stairs. By booking this listing, you enjoy exclusive use of the entire estate and its three houses for your group. The estate is currently in its first configuration. A future expansion is planned to create a large common living area designed to comfortably accommodate groups. Until then, there is not yet a single large indoor space for all guests to gather comfortably in one place. The indoor areas are divided among the three houses: depending on your group size, you may need to use several living rooms and spaces. The unheated outdoor pool (open May to September), sun loungers, and parasols are included. There is also a ping-pong table, garden furniture, and a hammock. Enjoy 7,000 m² of greenery and tranquility, with panoramic vineyard views and complete privacy. The estate is ideal for family stays, reunions with friends, or group holidays. One pet is allowed. Please note that events are not permitted on the property.
